Cameron is an experienced commercial litigator, with a reputation for steadfast commitment to his clients, having practiced in commercial litigation and dispute resolution for the past 20 years.
Cameron has assisted clients resolve disputes involving property, trade practices, enforcement of foreign judgments, disciplinary matters, bankruptcy, insolvency, contracts and family.
Cameron now focuses his practice on deceased estate litigation matters, dealing with high net worth family trust and business disputes, family provision disputes, succession and will disputes and financial elder abuse cases. Cameron is experienced in representing families where an adult child has financially abused their elderly parent, through undue influence or unconscionable conduct.
Cameron regularly appears as Counsel in the Supreme Court of Western Australia.
