Biography

Cameron is the Director at Eastwood Law, bringing over 20 years of experience as a seasoned litigator with a reputation for unwavering commitment to his clients. Over the course of his career, he has helped clients resolve a wide range of disputes, including property law, trade practices, enforcement of foreign judgments, disciplinary matters, bankruptcy, insolvency, contractual issues, family law, and deceased estates.

Cameron focuses his practice on deceased estate litigation, where he has developed particular expertise in handling high-net-worth family trust and business disputes, family provision claims, succession and will disputes, and financial elder abuse cases. He is highly skilled in representing families where an adult child has financially abused an elderly parent through undue influence or unconscionable conduct. Cameron has been involved in numerous landmark cases in this area of law, further solidifying his position as a trusted advocate.

Cameron regularly appears as Counsel in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, where his deep knowledge and dedication to achieving the best outcomes for his clients make him a valuable asset in complex legal matters.

Bill is a Senior Associate at Eastwood Law, bringing over a decade of legal expertise and experience to the firm. Admitted as a Solicitor and Barrister to the Supreme Court of Western Australia in 2010, and later to the High Court of Western Australia in 2013, Bill has a proven track record of providing exceptional legal services.

With extensive experience in wills and estate planning, probate and family provision claims, property law, commercial law, and litigation, Bill’s work often takes him to the Magistrates Court, District Court, Supreme Court, and the State Administrative Tribunal. He is deeply committed to achieving positive outcomes for his clients and is known for his results-driven approach, especially when helping individuals navigate challenging legal and financial circumstances.

Outside of his professional life, Bill is a self-proclaimed foodie who loves exploring new culinary experiences. He also values quality time spent with his family, finding balance between his demanding career and personal life.

Before joining Eastwood Law, Wendy was a qualified Legal Executive in New Zealand, where she honed her expertise in legal practice. She then advanced her career as a Senior Legal Assistant/Paralegal, supporting legal teams and managing complex tasks with precision and care.

With a strong commitment to providing exceptional service and a keen eye for detail, Wendy thrives on the challenges that each day presents. Her wealth of knowledge and practical experience make her an integral part of the Eastwood Law team, where she ensures the smooth operation of office processes and supports the firm’s legal services.

Outside of work, Wendy is a proud grandmother of six, and when she’s not chasing after her grandkids, you can often find her enjoying a glass of wine with friends. Wendy’s blend of professionalism and vibrant personal life makes her a valued and approachable presence at Eastwood Law.

Gina Veall

Paralegal

Biography

Gina is a dedicated Paralegal at Eastwood Law, where she supports the firm with her legal knowledge and can-do attitude. She completed her Law degree at the University of Liverpool in July 2023, and shortly after, relocated to Perth, where she gained valuable experience working part-time as a paralegal at a corporate law firm.

Since joining Eastwood Law, Gina has applied her academic background and practical skills to assist with various legal matters, ensuring that clients receive top-notch service and support.

Outside of her professional life, Gina tends to her pet Silkie chickens. She also enjoys spending time with friends, often indulging in acai bowls at the beach.
